Turn Your Potential into Reality: Work & Live in Australia
Dreaming of working in Australia?
Ferntree Recruitment, a division of Ferntree Migration, connects skilled professionals with employers offering sponsored job opportunities. We guide candidates through visa eligibility, documentation, and matching with employers who are actively hiring under the 482 Visa and 186 Visa programs.
Before we can present your resume to our network of reputable Australian employers, we must pass our Visa Ready Assessment, which is a fee based assessment.
To work in Australia, overseas workers must obtain a work visa. The specific requirements for a work visa vary depending on the type of visa and the individual's occupation, qualifications, and experience. Some general requirements for obtaining a work visa include the following:
Valid passport
Formal job offer from an Australian employer
Proof of qualifications, skills, and relevant experience
English language proficiency
Positive skills assessment (depending on visa and occupation)
Police clearance certificates for any country lived in ≥12 months in the last 10 years
Medical and x-ray certificates
Why Do I Need to be Visa Ready?
The Australian Government has introduced more rigorous visa regulations, leading to a higher rate of refusals, especially for applicants who do not seek expert assistance. Many applications are rejected due to missing information or unresolved issues, which can also negatively impact future visa opportunities.
In light of these changes, it’s essential to prepare a thorough and well-organised application. Professional support can significantly increase your chances of success by ensuring your documents meet all requirements and clearly address any potential concerns.
To assist you in preparing your application, we now provide an affordable Visa Ready Assessment. This service evaluates whether your documents are complete and aligned with Australian Government standards, ensuring you're fully prepared to submit your visa application. This step is particularly important for subclass 482 and 186 visas, especially with the upcoming Skills in Demand program launching in December 2024, helping you maximise your chances of approval.
How to become Visa Ready
Before we present candidates to employers, we must ensure that they are eligible for a work visa.
The Australian Government has introduced stricter rules for visa applications, resulting in a higher chance of visa refusals. Many applicants who don’t seek professional help find their visas rejected without the opportunity to correct missing information or explain any discrepancies. A visa refusal can make it significantly harder to obtain any future Australian visas.
Now, more than ever, it’s crucial to get professional assistance in preparing a complete, well-organised, and clearly articulated visa application. This support can greatly enhance your chances of approval.
To assist you, we now offer an affordable Visa Ready Assessment. This service will help you determine if you’re ready to apply for an Australian visa with all the necessary documents prepared in line with Australian Government requirements. This is especially important for the subclass 482 and 186 visas, particularly with the new Skills in Demand program coming into effect in December 2024.
